Hyatt's Green Acres welcomes those traveling in RV's. Sites are available year round. RV's must be self-contained; there is no bath house on premises.

Less then 5 miles from I-90, it's a clean, quiet, scenic escape to the country. (See map & directions)

We have Six Sites with Electric - 30 & 50 amp, Water & Sewer Hook-ups surrounded by 40 acres of land for exploration. Our location facilitates easy day trips to a variety of sites and adventures around eastern South Dakota (See area information.)

We welcome hunters. Ask about area hunting related amenities and services.

Closed during winter months (November - March) depending on weather.

Deposit of 50% required to hold reservations.

A credit card is required to secure the reservation. The credit card information will be used for the deposit unless other arrangements are made with us. You are welcome to email us for availability, however, email is not secure. We do not recommend using this method for submitting related credit card information.

Deposits

January thru September

A first night or 50% deposit (whichever is more) is required to hold the reservation. Check deposits may be used if the reservation is made more than one month in advance and checks are received within one week after the reservation is made. An advance deposit on a valid credit card will confirm the reservation immediately at the time the reservation is made. Deposits are applied to the last night(s) booked.

October thru December

A 50% deposit of the totalis required at the time of booking. Please call us with your credit card authorization to cover this deposit. Payment in full is required one month prior to arrival.

Cancellations / Refunds

Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of actual arrival or departure dates. Full payment by cash, traveler's check or credit card is due upon arrival.
