Our air-conditioned country home is located on forty lush acres along Wolf Creek. Set in the rolling countryside of southeastern South Dakota, the area offers some of the most breathtaking scenery & relaxing atmosphere to be found anywhere.

Cool evenings, with the skies lit by millions of stars, is the most beautiful time to sit back & relax out on the deck. Enjoy a hot drink & snacks while watching nature at it’s best. Then retire to the comfort of one of our four guest rooms.

Wake up to the aroma of a county breakfast with fresh brewed coffee & juice. Join us between 8:30 & 9:30 a.m. in our cozy kitchen/dining room for a mouth-watering country feast.

Duck Room Located on the second floor, this room is decorated with Al's life-long duck collection and, like all the other rooms, is furnished with antiques collected from nine years living in Europe.

African Room Named for the many unique experiences we enjoyed during our fabulous visit to Africa.

Dolphin Room Inspired by another love, this room combines the antique decor with the liveliness & joy of marine life.

General Information

	We offer four comfortable rooms on the second floor, two shared baths, a sitting room, a dining area, & large deck with a glorious view of the wonderful peaceful countryside.
	Additional open room on the lower-level with a twin/double bunk bed & antique German hide-away twin bed.
	Enjoy a home-cooked breakfast in the morning, complimentary soft beverages, and snacks in the late afternoon. (If you have special dietary needs, please notify us at the time you make your reservation.)
	Book your room per night or per week. If you book a five-night stay, you receive 50% off your fifth night.
	There are limited accommodations for children & pets. With horse coral, dog kennels & 40 acres to wander, there is plenty of room for supervised exploration & exercise.
	For added relaxation, a hot tub is available on the deck.

	Laundry facilities on site
	RV parking with six electrical & water hook-ups
	Hunting Season Rates include breakfast, a sack lunch, & dinner.

	50% of the total is due within one week of making your reservation. A valid MasterCard or Visa credit card number and expiration date must accompany all reservations.
	Upon check-out we accept cash, travelers checks, MasterCard, Visa or Discover.
	Cancellation Policy - If canceling 14 days or more prior to the reservation date , your deposit will be returned less a $10 cancellation fee. If canceling less that 14 days prior to the reservation date, the deposit is non-refundable if the room is not rebooked. If you fail to show for your reservation, the full cost of the reserved days will be billed to the credit card if the room is not rebooked. If through no-show or late cancellation, a room is rebooked, only the cancellation fee will be charged.

Hyatt's Green Acres, LLC reserves the right to move guests if unforeseen events or circumstances occur. We reserve the right to charge your credit card or pursue through the courts any damages resulting from your acts for the loss or damages incurred to the property of Hyatt's Green Acres, LLC.
