Deposits

January thru September

A first night or 50% deposit (whichever is more) is required to hold the reservation. Check deposits may be used if the reservation is made more than one month in advance and checks are received within one week after the reservation is made. An advance deposit on a valid credit card will confirm the reservation immediately and will be charged (plus 5% tax) at the time the reservation is made. Deposits are applied to the last night(s) booked.

October thru December

A 50% deposit of the total (plus 5% tax) is required at the time of booking. Please call us with your credit card authorization to cover this deposit. Payment in full is required one month prior to arrival.

Cancellations / Refunds

There are NO Refunds during Hunting Season,
October through December.

Deposits will be forfeited if cancellations are made less than 20-days prior to the date of arrival. (Cancellations are not accepted during Hunting Season, October through December.)

During the Holidays, cancellations must be made a minimum of 30-days prior to your check-in date.

When a cancellation call is received 20-days (or 30-days during Holidays) or more prior to your check-in date, deposits may be refunded, less a $35 handling fee.

Cancellations via e-mail are not acceptable. You must telephone us at 605-449-4787 to cancel a reservation. You will be given a cancellation confirmation number at that time.

‘No Shows’ will be charged for the entire amount of the stay which includes the number of days reserved times the corresponding room rate, plus tax.

Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of actual arrival or departure dates. Full payment by cash, traveler's check or credit card is due upon arrival . A 5% tax is added to ALL deposits and payments.

No smoking inside our home or in rooms.

We reserve the right to add, delete or change policies without notice. If any changes to our policies effect your reservation, we will notify you at the time.
